Purpose of Program Development

項目發展宗旨

The Chinese American Association of Commerce Foundation develops programs in furtherance of its charitable and educational mission.

美國華商總會基金會之項目發展，旨在落實其慈善及教育宗旨。

All programs shall be initiated, reviewed, and approved in accordance with the Foundation’s governance procedures and applicable nonprofit regulations.

所有項目均須依本基金會之治理程序及相關非牟利法律規範審議與批准。

Guiding Principles

Future programs of the Foundation may be guided by the following principles:

Subject to Board approval, the Foundation may consider initiatives in areas such as:

• Cultural exchange and heritage initiatives

• Civic awareness and responsible community engagement

Program Approval Process

項目審議程序

All proposed programs shall be subject to review by the Board of Directors.

所有擬議項目均須提交董事會審議。

The Board retains authority to determine scope, funding structure, implementation methods, and evaluation standards.

董事會保留決定項目範圍、資金安排、執行方式及評估標準之權限。

No program shall be implemented without proper authorization.

未經正式授權之項目不得實施。

Responsible Growth

穩健發展

The Foundation recognizes that responsible program development requires careful planning, financial prudence, and institutional readiness.

本基金會明白，項目之穩健發展需經周詳規劃、財務審慎及制度成熟為前提。

Program expansion will be pursued in a manner consistent with the Foundation’s capacity and long-term stability.

所有項目之拓展，均以本基金會實際能力及長期穩定為考量。
