Commitment to Responsible Stewardship

責任管理承諾

The Chinese American Association of Commerce Foundation regards every donation as a matter of public trust.

美國華商總會基金會視每一筆捐款為公共信任之託付。

All contributions are administered in accordance with the Foundation’s charitable purposes, governing documents, and applicable law.

所有捐款均依本基金會之慈善宗旨、章程文件及相關法律規範管理。

Use of Funds

資金用途

Funds received by the Foundation shall be used exclusively for charitable and educational purposes consistent with Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

本基金會所收取之資金，僅可用於符合《國內稅收法》第 501(c)(3) 條款規定之慈善及教育用途。

Restricted donations shall be used in accordance with donor intent, provided such intent is lawful and consistent with the Foundation’s mission.

指定用途之捐款，將在符合法律及本基金會宗旨前提下，依捐款人意願使用。

Financial Oversight and Controls

財務監督與內部控制

The Board of Directors retains oversight responsibility for all charitable assets.

董事會對所有慈善資產負最終監督責任。

The Foundation maintains internal controls intended to promote accuracy, accountability, and proper authorization of expenditures.

本基金會設有內部控制機制，以確保財務紀錄準確、支出經適當授權及問責制度完善。

Donor Recognition and Privacy

捐款人資料與隱私

The Foundation respects the privacy of its donors.

本基金會尊重捐款人之隱私。

Donor information will not be sold, traded, or shared with third parties except as required by law.

除依法規定外，本基金會不會出售、交換或向第三方披露捐款人資料。

Long-Term Institutional Responsibility

長遠制度責任

The Foundation seeks to build sustainable charitable capacity rather than pursue short-term initiatives without institutional support.

本基金會致力於建立可持續之慈善能力，而非進行缺乏制度支撐之短期行動。

Financial decisions are made with consideration for long-term stability and responsible growth.

所有財務決策均以長期穩定及穩健發展為考量。
