The Chinese American Association of Commerce Foundation (“CAAC Foundation”) is a nonprofit public benefit organization established to advance charitable and educational initiatives rooted in the longstanding community presence of the Chinese American Association of Commerce (CAAC).
Recognized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, the Foundation operates exclusively for charitable purposes and is governed in accordance with applicable nonprofit laws and its own governing documents.
The Foundation is committed to responsible stewardship, institutional integrity, and public accountability. Through structured governance and principled administration, we seek to support education, strengthen civic responsibility, and promote sustainable community development.
