Commitment to Periodic Reporting

定期報告承諾

The Chinese American Association of Commerce Foundation recognizes the importance of periodic reporting as part of its commitment to public accountability.

美國華商總會基金會認為，定期報告乃履行公共問責責任之重要部分。

The Foundation intends to provide periodic updates regarding its activities, governance developments, and financial oversight consistent with applicable nonprofit regulations.

本基金會擬依相關非牟利法規要求，定期提供有關活動進展、治理情況及財務監督之更新資訊。

Financial Filings

法定財務申報

As required under federal and state law, the Foundation will file appropriate annual information returns and reports with the relevant regulatory authorities.

依聯邦及州法律規定，本基金會將向相關監管機構提交年度資訊申報文件。

Such filings may include, where applicable, annual IRS reporting requirements for organizations described under Section 501(c)(3).

相關申報文件可能包括《501(c)(3)》組織之年度國稅局申報要求。

Activity Summaries

活動概況報告

When programs are formally adopted and implemented, the Foundation may provide summaries outlining:

當項目正式審議通過並實施後，本基金會可發布相關活動概況，包括：

• Purpose and scope of the initiative

• 項目宗旨及範圍

• General description of activities undertaken

• 活動概述

• Broad financial overview, where appropriate

• 適當情況下之概略財務說明

Such summaries are intended to promote transparency while respecting legal and privacy considerations.

上述報告旨在促進透明，同時兼顧法律及隱私考量。

Institutional Development

制度發展情況

The Foundation may also provide updates regarding governance refinements, policy adoption, or structural improvements as part of its ongoing institutional development.

本基金會亦可能發布有關治理完善、政策制定或制度優化之進展。

Transparency is viewed as an evolving process aligned with organizational maturity.

本基金會視透明為一項隨組織成熟而持續發展之過程。
