The Chinese American Association of Commerce Foundation (“CAAC Foundation” or “the Foundation”) was established to advance the charitable and educational objectives associated with the longstanding community presence of the Chinese American Association of Commerce (CAAC).

Recognized as a nonprofit public benefit corporation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, the Foundation operates exclusively for charitable purposes. While aligned with the values and community heritage of CAAC, the Foundation maintains its own governance structure and carries out programs in accordance with applicable nonprofit laws and regulations.

Through responsible stewardship and principled administration, the Foundation seeks to foster educational opportunity, cultural engagement, and sustainable community development.

美國華商總會基金會（以下簡稱「基金會」）之設立，旨在承接及推動美國華商總會（Chinese American Association of Commerce, CAAC）多年來所累積之社區公益與教育使命。

本基金會依據《美國國內稅收法》第 501(c)(3) 條設立為非牟利公共利益法人，專為慈善與教育目的而運作。基金會在價值理念上與總會一脈相承，同時依法建立獨立之治理架構，並依相關非牟利法規推行各項公益項目。

本會秉持誠信、責任與制度原則，致力於促進教育機會、文化交流及可持續社區發展。
